Returns & Exchanges

Due to Missing or Incorrect Merchandise
You must report missing items within 5 days after the original scheduled date of delivery date. 

If you discover a damaged item, complete our Return Request Form [RRF] at the bottom of this page.

Due to Damaged Merchandise
We strive to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify that all of the items have arrived in good condition. You must report damaged items within 5 days of the delivery date. If you discover a damaged item, complete our RRF request form.

Due to Defective Merchandise
For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim, we will elect to either repair, replace or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must first complete our RRF request form.

Due to General Satisfaction 
We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make from Barnapole and barnapole.com. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange at your shipping cost, any item in its original condition within 2 weeks of the receipt. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Bulk & wholesale orders (orders with 6 or more of the same item), special order items, closeout items, or items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Due to Change-of-Mind
We understand that sometimes things you purchase over the internet may be different than you were expecting. If you want to exchange or return merchandise from your online order, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns and exchanges becuase of Change-of-Mind, must be made within 2 Weeks of receipt of product.

How to Process a Return
Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete our RRF request form. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RRF number and instructions for returning the merchandise to us. When returning merchandise to us, you must include your RRF number, your original packing slip, and the merchandise itself in its original condition. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without all of these items being included. If your claim is not approved, we will email you an explanation of why it was not approved.

ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER RRF# WILL BE REFUSED.
