The Barnapoletm

Every Summer, my wife and I host several parties at our home. It is inevitable that at some point everyone ends up in the water. And we know that it is only a matter of time before someone accidentally scrapes against one of the pilings that have become encrusted with barnacles.  OUCH!

So, after an hour of trying to clean all twelve pilings with a shovel. I had the idea to make a tool that would allow the homeowner or marina operator a low cost and easy way to solve this never ending problem.
